Download specific attachment from a failure report
GET/v1/dmarc/failure-reports/:id/attachments/:index
Generates a presigned download URL for a specific attachment from a failure report.
The URL is valid for 300 seconds (5 minutes) and must be used before expiration. Attachment index is 0-based.
Authentication required.
