Enable or disable automatic renewal
PATCH/v1/partners/subscriptions/:subscriptionId/auto-renew
Toggles automatic renewal for a subscription. When enabled, a scheduled job extends the expiration date based on the assigned price billing period once the term ends. Cannot be applied to a cancelled subscription.
