List available DNS Intelligence profile operations

/v1/dns-lookup/dns-intelligence/profiles

Returns the wire-format (snake_case) names of every profile operation the worker registry serves. Use them as profiles[].profile in POST /dns-intelligence/profiles. Unlike checks there are no camelCase aliases — profile operations are named only by the worker.
