Run a batch of profile operations against a domain
POST/v1/dns-lookup/dns-intelligence/profiles
Issues a single NATS request running every operation in profiles against domain under one deadline, and returns one result per operation. Answers are observations with typed evidence — there is no verdict and no score. Per-operation worker errors are returned as data; only transport, protocol, and whole-request failures map to non-2xx.
